It is my first time in Japan and I really wanted to get an authentic Japanese head spa. Unfortunately, I did not book anything in advance but on the day I arrived to Japan, I messaged Wayanpuri Ginza on Instagram and they responded within minutes and were able to book me in for an appointment on the same day! I was so happy!!! The staff was so helpful over chat and when I arrived, I was greeted by Ota-san at the reception, who also provided me with a nice cup of tea and a very friendly and professional service. My head massage was done by Mona-san and it left my scalp and hair feeling so refreshed and silky! I can certainly tell that she is a professional in what she does!
I definitely recommend this establishment and I will be back here the next time I visit Tokyo!

施術前のカウンセリングが丁寧で、自分の頭皮の状態を知ることができてよかったです。頭皮マッサージが気持ちよく、施術後は髪がツヤツヤになりました。店内も落ち着ける雰囲気で、スタッフさんの接客も非常に丁寧です。価格は少し高めですが、満足のいく内容でした。

これまでヘッドスパに行ったことはありませんでしたが、この場所は素晴らしかったです。異なる種類のセルフケアですが、リラックスして楽しいものです。スタッフは時間をかけて治療のあらゆる段階を丁寧に説明し、安心して治療を受けていただけます。家にもこのようなヘッドスパがあればいいのにと思います。

I had a great experience with Yuki-san. I'm an English speaker and we were able to communicate in English and using the translator. We discussed my concerns with and she recommended a course for me that was relaxing & helpful! Even though the schedule ran over time, she took her time and didn't rush.
